Paul Cadario is Senior Manager of Trust Fund Quality Assurance and Compliance at the World Bank. He oversees compliance and quality assurance for external funds managed and disbursed by the World Bank as a trustee for governments, foundations, NGOs, and private partners. Paul has been with the World Bank since 1975 where he has worked at a number of regional offices (Asia Region/East Asia and Pacific, Europe and Central Asia, and Western Africa). He is a Rhodes Scholar and serves on a wide range of councils and committees at the World Bank as well as at the University of Toronto.
