Charles A. Kupchan will be representing the United States. Dr. Kupchan is the Senior Fellow for Europe at the Council on Foreign Relations and an associate professor of international relations at Georgetown University. He is the former Director for European Affairs on the U.S. National Security Council. He is also the author of three works of non-fiction in the field of politics, and numerous articles in international and strategic affairs.
