Walter Russell Mead

Walter Russell Mead is a Senior Fellow for United States Foreign Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations. He is a regular contributor on international affairs to The Los Angeles Times and contributes articles and essays to numerous publications.Born in Columbia, South Carolina, he is an honours graduate of Groton and Yale.
