Lucan Way

Lucan Way is professor of political science and co-director, Petro Jacyk Program for the Study of Ukraine at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, University of Toronto. He is the author of Pluralism by Default: Weak Autocrats and the Rise of Competitive Politics. Levitsky and Way are the coauthors of Competitive Authoritarianism.
